Cgtook.com does not provide any kind of service and is not responsible for the activities of the advertiser or the user. It is entirely intended to work as a connecting platform where advertisers post their profiles and users get their services.
Minimum Age Requirement
The minimum age requirement to access our site is 18 as per the jurisdiction of the 'Age of Majority.' While visiting the site, you will be asked to confirm your age, and only if you are 18+ will you be allowed to view the site. By agreeing to it, you agree with the terms and conditions that your legal age is above 18 and that you can be liable for your own actions. If we detect any kind of falsification regarding the age of the majority, your account will be immediately cancelled at our sole discretion. Limitation of Liability

- Any disagreement between the advertiser and the user.

User Behaviour and Obligation
- We have no tolerance for minors on this platform. Only adult users above 18 should use the site. Before publishing ads, each advertiser is supposed to confirm their legal age to avoid termination of the account.
- Users and advertisers should not upload explicit sexual photos or videos in the form of content.
- You shall abide by the Indian constitutional laws in all circumstances, regardless of your residence and age.
- No information should involve any child, animal, or non-consensual sex and life-threatening activities.
- Advertisers are not allowed to upload anyone's photos or information just to take me revenge. Such activity will come under direct legal action.
- You will not use this site to spread violence, abusive, sexist or hateful behaviour.
- We have all rights to terminate a profile that includes paedophile materials and will report to the authority concerned.
- Advertisers can't repeat their ads multiple times in multiple cities.
- No promotional links or any kind of hyperlink is allowed in the advertisers' ad profiles.
All these user code of conducts and obligations are strictly amended by us and can exercise termination at any given point in case of the violation of these rules. However, we won't be responsible for any of these activities done by the user and the advertiser.
Acceptable Advertising Policy
Advertisers who agree to the terms and conditions of this site must know that they will be liable for each information they provide in their advertisements.
The ads should abide by the applicable laws and all types of legal affairs as given by these terms and conditions.
Service providers or advertisers should ensure that their ads are solely theirs. If the data is anyone else's other than the advertiser, in this case, should have the consent of that person. We will not be responsible if any advertisements breach any copyright issue or other properties.
Advertisers must note that any contact details like phone number, or email address are not under our control. All your contact information is solely your liability.
Updates in Terms and Conditions
We have the right to change, modify and update the terms and conditions from time to time. The website will have the effect of any immediate change upon any modification. No notification will be sent to you regarding the changes we made. Hence, it's your responsibility to keep yourself updated on our terms and conditions since they are subject to periodic updates.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions come under the governing rule of Indian laws of conduct as per the constitution.
